Creating a Prizeout Account

To create a Prizeout account you will need to enter the Prizeout Storefront through one of our Partners websites. 

To create an account:

1. Enter the Prizeout Storefront
2. Click the menu button() in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
3. Click or Tap Create a Prizeout Account
4. If you already have an account click Sign In
5. If not, enter and confirm a new password
6. Accept the Terms and Conditions
7. Click or Tap Sign Up

Your Prizeout account will then be created. Your primary email on your account will be the same email address you have connected to the account of the website you entered the Prizeout Storefront through. 

Signing into your Prizeout Account

If you have already created a Prizeout account in the Prizeout Storefront you'll have access your account regardless of what website you are enter through. 

To sign into an account:

1. Enter the Prizeout Storefront
2. Click or Tap the menu () in the upper right corner
3. Click or Tap Create a Prizeout Account
4. Next to Already have an account? Click Sign In
5. Enter your account email and password
6. Click Sign In

Resetting Your Password

If you no longer have access to your Prizeout account because you do not know the password you can reset it by following the steps below.

To reset a password:

1. Enter the Prizeout Storefront
2. Click or Tap the menu () in the upper right corner
3. Click or Tap Create a Prizeout Account
4. Click or Tap Sign in
5. Click Forgot your password? 
6. Click Send Token
7. A verification token will be sent to your Primary Email Address
8. Copy the token into the required field on the Storefront page
9. Create and Confirm your new password

How To Verify My Access

You may be prompted to verify access to your Primary Email Address even after you sign into your Prizeout account.

Verifying my access:

1. Enter the Prizeout Storefront
2. Click the menu button() in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
3. Click or Tap Create a Prizeout Account
4. Sign into or create and account
5. Click My Gift Cards
6. Click on any processed Gift Card
7. a Verification Token will be sent to your Primary Email Address
8. Copy and paste the token into the required field 
9. Click Submit

This is to ensure that whoever is logged into the Prizeout account also has access to the Primary Email on file. This security feature ensures Gift Cards cannot be claimed if a Prizeout account is logged into by someone besides the authorized user of the account. 

Adding an Additional Email Address 

You will need to have access to your current Primary Email Address to add an additional email address. If you no longer have access to that email inbox please click here. 

In order to add an additional email address on your Prizeout account you will need to go through a few verification steps. 

To add an additional email:

1. Enter the Prizeout Storefront
2. Click the menu button() in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
3. Sign into your account
4. Click My Profile
5. Click Add Additional Email
6. Enter and confirm the new email address
7. Click or Tap  next to your newly added additional email address
8. Click or Tap Send Verification Email under Confirm New Email Address
9. A token will be sent to your current Primary Email Address
10. Copy and paste the token into the required field in the Storefront
11. Then Click or Tap Send Verification Email under Verify New Email Address
12. Copy and paste the token into the required field in the Storefront

Success: You're additional email address is now verified and added to your account.

Once verified we can use this additional email address as a backup communication channel in case you no longer have access to your primary email inbox. 

Changing your Primary Email Address

You can change your Primary Email Address in one of two ways:

1. You are promoting an email address that has been verified with an account you already have with a Prizeout Partner then that email is already verified. (ie. Chumba Casino, Global Poker, & Pulsz)
2. You add an additional email yourself that has not been verified with one of our Partners you will need to add that to the account of the website you entered the Prizeout Storefront through.

Please Note: A Partner verified email address means the account you have setup with one of our Partners is connected to this email address.

To change your Primary Email Address with a Partner verified email:

1. Enter the Prizeout Storefront
2. Click or Tap the menu button() in the upper right hand corner of the screen
3. Click or Tap My Profile
4. Click or Tap the verified additional email you would like to promote
5. Click or Tap Make Primary Email
6. You will then be prompted to enter a Token that was sent to your current Primary Email Address
7. Enter the Verification Token into the required field
8. The request will then be sent to Prizeout for review
9. You will be notified when the review is complete

Changing your Primary Email Address Without Current Access

If you would like to change your Primary Email Address and no longer have access to the current email inbox on file we can help you through the steps here. 

Please Note: All Primary Email Addresses must be verified with the website you entered the Prizeout Storefront through. (ie. Chumba Casino, Scratch Carnival, or Pulsz)

To change your Primary Email Address:

1. Update your email address on file with the website you entered the Prizeout Storefront through.
2. Once this new email is confirmed please reach out to the Prizeout Support Team here.
3. Prizeout Support can then confirm the change has been
4. Once confirmed, we will update your account with the new email address

Is a Prizeout Account Required?

You will not need a Prizeout account to redeem a Gift Card through the Prizeout Storefront.

Benefits of creating an account:

1. Claim and view your Gift Cards right in the Prizeout Storefront
2. Receive Prizeout Points that can be redeemed monthly for Prizeout Gift Card Rewards
3. You will receive a bonus of 250 Prizeout Points upon account creation

If you decide not to create a Prizeout account you will receive an email from Prizeout to the email address on file with the website you accessed the storefront through.
