Adding an Additional Email Address 

You will need to have access to your current Primary Email Address to add an additional email address. If you no longer have access to that email inbox please click here. 

In order to add an additional email address on your Prizeout account you will need to go through a few verification steps. 

To add an additional email:

1. Visit https://accounts.prizeout.com/

2. Input your the email address and password associated with your Prizeout account

3. Click login

4. Click My Profile

5. Click Add Additional Email

6. Enter and confirm the new email address

7. Click or Tap  next to your newly added additional email address

8. Click or Tap Send Verification Email under Confirm New Email Address

9. A token will be sent to your current Primary Email Address

10. Copy and paste the token into the required field in the Storefront

11. Then Click or Tap Send Verification Email under Verify New Email Address

12. Copy and paste the token into the required field in the Storefront

Success: You're additional email address is now verified and added to your account.

Once verified we can use this additional email address as a backup communication channel in case you no longer have access to your primary email inbox.
