Your Chuck E. Cheese Gift Card

Note: For online orders, Chuck E. Cheese Gift Cards can be used on food and merchandise but not to book Chuck E. Cheese events. 

To redeem your Gift Card:

Online:

1. Go to Chuck E. Cheese
2. Scroll down to ordering from the Chuck E. Cheese menu, select Order Now
3. Find a location near you and select Continue Order
4. Add your meal to the cart
5. After you finish choosing your meal, select the cart icon in the top right corner
6. Select Checkout
7. At Payment, select Chuck E Cheese Gift Cards
8. Enter your Gift Card Number, select Add Card
9. The card value will automatically be deducted from your merchandise total.  

In Store:

1. Show gift card to Chuck. E Cheese employee upon payment

How to check your Gift Card balance:

1. Gift Card Balance
2. Enter Gift Card number and PIN
3. Select Check Balance
