Your Chipotle Gift Card
To redeem your Gift Card:
Note: You can only use a gift card on online orders if it covers the entire cost of the meal.
Online:
- Go to Chipotle
- Proceed to online order, find your restaurant location, and prepare your meal.
- After you finish choosing your meal, select the cart icon in the top right corner
- Select Proceed to Checkout
- At Payment, log in to your Chipotle account to use your Gift Card rewards
- Enter your Gift Card Number, select Apply Gift Card
- The card value will automatically be deducted from your merchandise total.
In Store:
- Show gift card to cashier during payment
How to check your Gift Card balance:
- Gift Card Balance
- Enter 16 Gift Card number, your Email Address, and your Mobile Phone Number
- Select Check Balance
