Your Lucille's Smokehouse Gift Card

Note: Lucille's gift cards cannot be redeemed at their North Hollywood and Pasadena locations. 

To redeem your Gift Card:

Online:

1. Go to Lucille's Smokehouse
2. Proceed to online order and add items to your cart.
3. After you finish shopping, select the cart icon in the top right corner and select Checkout
4. At Payment, select Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ Gift Card
5. Enter your Gift Card number, select Add Card
6. The card value will automatically be deducted from your merchandise total.  

In Store:

1. Show gift card to server upon paying your bill

How to check your Gift Card balance:

1. Gift Card Balance
2. Enter your Gift Card number
3. Select Submit
