To redeem your Lobster Gram Gift Card:

Note: You can use an e-gift card at https://www.lobstergram.com or by calling 1-800-548-3562. 

Online:

1. Go to www.LobsterGram.com 
2. Add the items to your cart (note: your certificate may may only apply to certain selections of products). 
3. When you have finished adding items to your cart, click on the shopping cart button in the upper right corner. 
4. Review your cart, then click "Proceed to Checkout".
5. At checkout, enter the gift card code and select "Add Gift Card". 
6. You will see your gift certificate redemption in the Order Review area, where your order subtotal, promo codes, taxes, and shipping totals are located.  
7. The card value will automatically be deducted from your merchandise total.  

By phone:

1. Please read out your gift certificate number at time of purchase to the customer service representative to redeem.
