Your Lands' End Gift Card

To redeem your Gift Card:

Note: Lands’ End® Gift cards are redeemable at landsend.com, participating Lands’ End® store locations in the U.S., and through the Lands’ End® catalog toll free number at 800-800-5800.

Online:

1. Go to https://www.landsend.com/ 
2. Add your items to the bag. 
3. When you have finished shopping, click the bag icon on the top right corner and select "Start Checkout".  
4. Proceed through checkout process. 
5. At payment, select "Apply a Gift Card or Rewards Certificate". 
6. Enter your 16 digit gift card number and the 8 digit PIN code, then select "Apply".  
7. The card value will automatically be deducted from your merchandise total.  

In Store:

1. Present your gift card at time of purchase to the cashier to redeem

How to check your Gift Card balance:

1. Call: automated Gift Card hotline 24-hours a day: 1-888-816-7040
2. Lands' End Gift Card Balance link  
3. Enter the 16 digit gift card number and 8 digit PIN 
4. Select “Check Balance”
