Your Cheesecake Factory Gift Card

Note: Cheesecake Factory Gift Cards may NOT be used for pickup or delivery orders facilitated by 3rd parties. 

To redeem your Gift Card:

Online:

1. Go to The Cheesecake Factory
2. Proceed to online order and add items to your cart. 
3. After you finish shopping, select the cart icon in the top right corner and select "Checkout".
4. Under Payment Method, select "Add the Cheesecake Factory Gift Card". 
5. Enter your Gift Card Number and select "Add Card" 
6. The card value will automatically be deducted from your merchandise total.  

In Store:

1. Show Gift Card Code to Server upon Check out

How to check your Gift Card balance:

   1.  Gift Card Balance

   2. Enter Gift Card number and PIN

   3. Select "Check Balance"
