To redeem your Gift Card:

Note: Williams Sonoma Gift cards can be redeemed in stores located in the United States and Puerto Rico, and by phone, or online with West Elm, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen, Williams Sonoma, and Williams Sonoma Home .

Online:

1. At checkout enter the 16 digit gift card number and the 8 digit pin. 
2. The card’s value will automatically be applied to your purchase. 

By Phone:

1. Call 1(800)541-2233
2. Have your card ready when prompted for the gift card number.

In Store:

1. When making a purchase present your card to the sales associate at checkout.
