Your West Elm Gift Card

To redeem your Gift Card:

Note: West Elm gift cards can be redeemed in stores located in the United States and Puerto Rico, and by phone, or online with West Elm, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen, Williams and Sonoma, and Williams and Sonoma Home 

Online:

1.  At checkout, enter the 16 digit gift card number and the 8 digit pin. 
2. The card value will automatically be deducted from your merchandise total.  

In Store:

1. Present your gift card at time of purchase to the cashier to redeem

2. Enter the 16 digit gift card number and 8 digit PIN 
3. Select “check balance”
