How to Claim your Gift Card

To claim your Gift Card is to take possession of the Gift Card Code and Pin. You can go through the claim process as many times as you need. If you ever delete your Gift Card email you can reclaim it through one of the methods listed below.

You can claim your Gift Card via:

Account via the Prizeout website

  1. Visit https://accounts.prizeout.com/

  2. Input your the email address and password associated with your Prizeout account

  3. Click login

  4. Click My Gift Cards in the upper right hand corner

  5. Click on the Gift Card you would like to claim

  6. You may be ask for additional verification to ensure you have also have access to your email inbox

  7. View the email from Prizeout with your verification token

  8. Enter the token into the required field

  9. You will then have access to all your redeemed Gift Cards and Prizeout Points

Account through the Prizeout Storefront

  1. Enter the Prizeout Storefront through any of our partners

  2. Click or Tap the menu (menu.png) in the upper right corner

  3. Create a Prizeout Account or Sign In

  4. Once signed in click My Gift Cards

  5. Click on the Gift Card you would like to claim

  6. You may be ask for additional verification to ensure you have also have access to your email inbox

  7. View the email from Prizeout with your verification token

  8. Enter the token into the required field

If you do not have the proper funds to enter the Prizeout Storefront please view the instructions on how to claim your Gift Card via the Prizeout website below.
Email
  1. Open the email from Prizeout with the subject "Claim Your XXXXXXXX Giftcard!".                                         
  2. Click on Claim Your Gift Card                                                                                                                                                                           
  3. You will then be promoted to enter a secure Security Number depending on what Gift Card you are claiming it may called either:

    Pin

    1. Copy the Pin from the claim email

    2. Paste the Pin into the required field on the claim page

    3. You are then present with the Gift Card Claim Code and Pin

    Security Token

    1. Copy the Security Token from the claim email

    2. Paste the Security Token into the required field on the claim page (Note that the field will still be labelled PIN)

    3. You are then present with the Gift Card Claim Code and Pin

    Challenge Token

    1. Copy the Token from the claim email

Tip: To ensure accuracy, we recommend copying and pasting the Pin/Challenge Token into the required field on the claim page.
