Changing your Primary Email Address Without Current Access

If you would like to change your Primary Email Address and no longer have access to the current email inbox on file we can help you through the steps here. 

Please Note: All Primary Email Addresses must be verified with the website you entered the Prizeout Storefront through. (ie. Chumba Casino, Scratch Carnival, or Pulsz)

To change your Primary Email Address:

1. Visit https://accounts.prizeout.com/

2. Input your the email address and password associated with your Prizeout account

3. Click login

4. Click or Tap the menu button() in the upper right hand corner of the screen

5. Click or Tap My Profile

6. Click or Tap the verified additional email you would like to promote

7. Click or Tap Make Primary Email

8. You will then be prompted to enter a Token that was sent to your current Primary Email Address

9. Enter the Verification Token into the required field

10. The request will then be sent to Prizeout for review

11. You will be notified when the review is complete
