Prizeout Points

Prizeout Points are earned by redeeming Gift Cards in the Prizeout Storefront. They can be redeemed for reward Gift Cards.

Earning Points

Points can be earned by redeeming Gift Cards. For every $1 in Gift Cards redeemed through Prizeout you will earn 1 Prizeout Point.

Pending Points

Points that show they are pending correlate to any Gift Cards that are currently pending. If your Gift Card is awaiting approval from a Partner then your points will show as in a pending state as the transaction has not been fully approved and you have not taken possession of the Gift Card.  

Where are my Points?

You can find a summary of your Prizeout Points as well as access to your Prizeout Reward options inside the Prizeout Storefront. You will need to either sign up or sign into your Prizeout account. 

Once you have signed into your account you can click the points section in the menu. This will bring you to your points page where you will be able to view your current points balance along with any pending points from Gift Cards that are still pending. 

Redeeming Points

Prizeout Points can be redeem for rewards through the Prizeout Storefront. As you earn points you will unlock new rewards tiers that give you access to more rewards.

Redeeming Points

One reward Gift Card can be redeemed from each reward tier monthly. The next calendar these tiers will unlock and again be available to redeem another reward.

Reward Tiers

While only one reward can be redeemed per tier per month these tiers do unlock at the beginning of every month. This means that if you earn enough points every month or you continue to rollover your points you can earn a reward in each reward tier once per month.

Redeeming Points

1. Sign up for a Prizeout account through the Prizeout Storefront. (You will earn your first 250 Prizeout Points for doing so)
2. Click on the right arrow next to your points total
3. You will then be brought to the Prizeout Rewards page
4. If you have earned enough Prizeout Points to unlock one of the reward tiers you can click a Gift Card under that unlocked reward tier
5. If you wish to redeem that Gift Card in that tier click Redeem for X Prizeout Points.
6. You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to claim your Gift Card
7. You will also have access to your Reward Gift Card through the My Gift Cards tab.

Exchanges

Once a Prizeout Reward has been confirmed and redeemed we are unable to cancel or exchange the reward redemption. If your points balance is high enough you will be able to choose another Gift Card the following month. 

Reward Options

The reward options are set using a variety of factors and at this time we are unable to change them. The may change periodically month to month though. So we always suggest checking back regularly to see.
