Resetting Your Password

If you no longer have access to your Prizeout account because you do not know the password you can reset it by following the steps below.

Please Note: After 4 unsuccessful attempt you will be locked out of your account for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes you will then be able to reset you password.

To reset a password:

1. Visit the Prizeout Storefront: https://accounts.prizeout.com/
2. Click Reset Password
3. Enter your email address and click on Send Reset Email
4. A password reset email will be sent to your Primary Email Address
5. In the email click, Reset Password
6. Create and Confirm your new password
7. Click on Reset My Password
8. Log into your account using the updated password.
