Changing your Email Address on File

If you no longer have access to your email inbox and you need to change the email address where you receive your Gift Cards you can follow these steps.

1. Change your the email address or add a secondary email address on the website you redeemed your Gift Card through.
2. Once this new email is confirmed please reach out to the Prizeout Support Team, you can contact us here.
3. We will then confirm the change email change 
4. Once verified we can send any previous and all new emails with instructions to claim your Gift Card.
