To redeem your Gift Card:
Online:
- Select item(s) to purchase and proceed to checkout
- Sign in, Create an account, or Checkout as a guest
- Under the Payment tab click (
) Add a Gift Card
- Input Gift Card Code and Pin
- Click Apply
App:
- Open your JCPenney app.
- Tap me at the bottom right.
- Tap My wallet
- Tap Gift cards

- Tell the representative that you are paying with a JCPenney e-Gift Card
- Provide the Gift Card Code and Pin
In Store:
- Present your JCPenney Gift Card claim email to sales associate at time of purchase
How to check your Gift Card balance:
- Visit https://www.jcpenney.com/cart/giftcard
- Input your Gift Card Code and Pin
- Click Check Balance
