Where is my Gift Card?

• Gift Card redemptions are sent to the verified email on file with the website you redeemed your Gift Card through. After you Prizeout the Gift Card of your choice, you will receive an email with instructions on how to claim your redeemed Gift Card.

Note: If you've redeemed through Global Poker, FendOff, or Scratchies all redemptions require approval before we are able to issue you your Gift Card. For more information click here.

If you have redeemed and have not received an email you should:

1. Check the inbox of the verified email you have with the website you redeemed your Gift Card through. (If you can't access that inbox click here to change your email)
   
   
2. Check the spam or junk folders and the promotions tab in your email inbox. 
   
   
3. Check other emails that you have received from us. Occasionally our emails can be merged with other emails from us, especially if you redeem multiple Gift Cards in a short amount of time.
