Changing your email address (without access to old email)

If you no longer have access to your email inbox and need to add change your email address please follow these steps.

1. Update your email address on the website you redeemed your Gift Card through.
2. Once this new email is confirmed please reach out to the Prizeout Support Team.
3. We will reach out to the site and confirm the change
4. Once verified, we will update your account with the new email address, and then will send the email with instructions on how to claim your Gift Card to the new address.
