Gift Card Refund

Once a Gift Card is redeemed and Prizeout has sent you an email to claim it, we are unable to cancel the Gift Card order and refund your account or exchange it for another Gift Card. 

If your Gift Card redemption is currently pending approval from your cashout partner, you can attempt to cancel the redemption with their customer support department.
