How to claim my Gift Card?
The Claim Process:
- To claim your Gift Card is to take possession of the Gift Card Code and Pin.
- You can go through the claim process as many times as you need. If you ever delete your Gift Card, you can reclaim it with the link and pin/token you received in the original email.
To Claim Your Gift Card
- Open the email from Prizeout with the subject "Claim Your XXXXXXXX Giftcard!".
- Click on Claim Your Gift Card
- Different Gift Cards require different security actions. You will only have to follow one of these steps:

- Either enter your Pin/Security Token into the required field on the claim page.
- Either enter your Pin/Security Token into the required field on the claim page.

- Or enter your Challenge Token in the required field on the claim page.
- Or enter your Challenge Token in the required field on the claim page.

- This will unlock your Gift Card Code and Pin (if applicable) to redeem with the retailer. These numbers may be presented either way depending on the retailer.
How will I receive my Gift Card?
An email with instructions on how to claim your Gift Card will be sent to the email address that is on record with the site the redemption was made through. For instructions on how to claim your Gift Card from this email click here.

I lost my Gift Card Code/Pin, what should I do?
You can claim the Gift Card again from the original claim email.
- Open the email from Prizeout with the subject "Claim Your XXXXXXXX Giftcard!".
- Click on Claim Your Gift Card in the email
Can I resend a Gift Card?
If you no longer have access to your Gift Card email and need to reclaim your Gift Card to access the Gift Card Code and Pin please:
- Click here to contact the Prizeout Support Team
- Input the email address that is associated with the Gift Card(s) you no longer have access to
- If you have it, input the Request Id of the Gift Card(s) you need access to
- If you no longer have the Request ID(s) of the Gift Card(s) please provide the Brand, Amount, and Date Redeemed. (This is so we can located the Gift Card(s) in question)
- You will then receive another copy of the original email you received with instructions on how to claim your Gift Card.
Where was my Gift Card sent?
- Gift Card redemptions are sent to the verified email on file with the website you redeemed your Gift Card through. After you Prizeout the Gift Card of your choice, you will receive an email with instructions on how to claim your redeemed Gift Card.
Note: If you've redeemed through Global Poker, FendOff, or Scratchies all redemptions require approval before we are able to issue you your Gift Card. For more information click here.
If you have redeemed and have not received an email you should:
- Check the inbox of the verified email you have with the website you redeemed your Gift Card through. (If you can't access that inbox click here to change your email)
- Check the spam or junk folders and the promotions tab in your email inbox.
- Check other emails that you have received from us. Occasionally our emails can be merged with other emails from us, especially if you redeem multiple Gift Cards in a short amount of time.

How to change your email address on file
If you no longer have access to your email inbox and you need to change the email address where you receive your Gift Cards you can follow these steps.
- Change your the email address or add a secondary email address on the website you redeemed your Gift Card through.
- Once this new email is confirmed please reach out to the Prizeout Support Team, you can contact us here.
- We will then confirm the change email change
- Once verified we can send any previous and all new emails with instructions to claim your Gift Card.
Why does my redemption need approval?
- Certain sites require that redeemed Gift Cards be approved prior to Prizeout being able to send the Gift Card:
- Scratchies
- Global Poker
- FendOff
- These approval measures are implemented for the safety and security of the website and its users.
- Once the redemption has been approved, Prizeout will send you an email with instructions on how to claim your Gift Card.
Note: In most cases, redemptions are approved within 1 business day, but can sometimes take up to 3 business days.
What's the Pin and where can I find it?
The Pin and Security Token are security features used to unlock access to your Gift Card. However, the wording can be different depending on which Gift Card you are redeeming.
The Pin must be entered on the claim page under "Enter the Pin Code" in order to claim your Gift Card.
- In the email you received with claim instructions your Gift Card.
- Input it into the field on the claim page to unlock your Gift Card Code.
Tip: We highly suggest copying and pasting the Pin into the required field on the claim page to ensure accuracy!
What's the Security Token?
The Security Token and the Pin are security features used to unlock access to your Gift Card. However, the wording can be different depending on which Gift Card you are redeeming.
The Pin must be entered on the claim page under "Enter the Pin Code" in order to claim your Gift Card.

- Input it into the field on the claim page to unlock your Gift Card Code.

What is the Challenge Token?
The Challenge Token is a security feature to unlock access to your Gift Card, and can be found in the email you received from Prizeout.
Note: This Challenge Token is the answer to the security question that must be answered in order to claim your Gift Card.

- In the email you received with your Gift Card claim instructions.
- Input it into the field on the claim page to unlock your Gift Card Code.
Tip!: We recommend copying and pasting the Challenge Token into the required field on the claim page to ensure accuracy!
Where can I find my Gift Card balance?
Gift Card balances can be checked via the brand's website, over the phone, or within your online account.
To check your Gift Card Balance:
- Claim your Gift Card to obtain your Gift Card Code and Pin
- Search for the brands Gift Card Balance Check online
- Input your Gift Card credentials to obtain your balance
You can also click here for instructions on how to check the balance of your Gift Card for some of our most popular brands.
Please only use verified websites to check a Gift Card's balance. Never input your credentials into a third party website.
When do my Gift Cards expire?
Please note: Expiration policies are dictated by the specific Gift Card's retailer.
Federal Law dictates Gift Cards are not permitted to expire within a minimum of 5 years from the date of purchase.

Can you send me a physical Gift Card?
Prizeout only provides digital e-Gift Cards.
You can use the Gift Card Code and Pin to redeem online. To redeem in store, scan the barcode on the claim page on your cellular device or print out the claim page and present the barcode to the cashier.
Note: While most brands will allow you to use your Gift Card via your cellular device, some brands may require you to print out your Gift Card claim page.Can I cancel my Gift Card and get a refund?
Once a Gift Card is redeemed and Prizeout has sent you an email to claim it, we are unable to cancel the Gift Card order and refund your account or exchange it for another Gift Card.
Can I exchange my Gift Card?
Once a Gift Card is redeemed and Prizeout has sent you an email to claim it, we are unable to exchange the Gift Card or to cancel the Gift Card and refund your account.
